ABOUT ME
Sami Bousri

As an Elite Coach for the World Calisthenics Organization & a highly motivated personal trainer with over 12 years of coaching experience. I take great pride in the results that my client’s achieve. Although I mainly focus on the physical aspect to personal training, I find it essential my client’s are informed as well as fully understand the physiological benefits that can be gained from the correct attitude towards a healthy lifestyle.

My training capability ranges from highly skilled athletes such as professional mixed martial artists to the everyday individual who seeks small but meaningful results, such as weight loss or simple general fitness. I like working in environments that my client’s feel most comfortable, whether that be at gym, the workplace, at home or even a local park, no matter where great results will be achieved.
​
My experiences consist of competing in various Mixed Martial Arts fights as an amateur fighter and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu competitions where I have won trophies and medals and gained a Brown belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under Pedro Bessa. Spending time in countries such as Brazil where I spent 8 months developing techniques as well as preparing professional athletes for up coming events. Also teaching a number of calisthenics workshops in São Paulo in 2014, 2015 and 2016. Also teaching workshops throughout the UK and Denmark in from 2018-2023.

By choosing a personal trainer you will increase your chances of reaching a specific goal by 100%. At Nirvana Movement I will design a training and nutrition plan specific to your needs what ever they may be. From motocross to rock climbing, weight loss to weight gain, I can help you get to where you want to be physically and mentally.

After a 30 minute consultation and 30 minute fitness assessment a program will created tailored to you, tracking your progress month by month until you get to where you want to be within yourself. This is the best way to get in to shape fast whilst getting all the motivation and support that's needed, male or female, under weight or over weight, weak or strong, un-fit or ultra-fit, I can help you.
COURSES
We offer a number of 8 week courses that are all tailored and designed for you to reach your ultimate goal. Each course offers you training in different areas of our expertise.
SUPER HUMAN

GROUPS & WORKSHOPS
Small groups can get most of the same benefits of a personal training session by spliting the cost between a maximum of 4 people. Using camaraderie and the atmosphere of training in a group you will find yourself competing and pushing yourself harder against a friend or colleague getting maximum fitness and strength gains in a fun, friendly atmosphere. Although not quite as personalised as a peronal training programme, in a group training session we will still assess your over all goal and keep track of progress through tests and data.

RICH – AFTER 9 MONTHS
I am the least 'gym' person you'll come across... Or so I thought. I used to have this image of what going to the gym is, macho guys trying to get buff or whatever, synthetic surroundings etc. The gym is what you make of it and Sami has taught me this. I'm 30 and i'm a skateboarder. I started seeing Sami originally to sort out my flexibility, which was terrible, I couldn't touch my toes without bending my knee's... He had me stretched out and reaching there by the end of our first session! I also wanted to strengthen my core and gluteus because my back was super weak from skating. Every session we had Sami would always show me something new, and push me to do something I never thought I could do. Before I knew it I was on a pull up bar, rings, learning handstands, flags... All sorts. Sami always keeps it fresh and exciting. Any day I see Sami at Sweat Box is always 110% better than a day where I don't. I'm hooked. It's done so much for me mentally and physically. All it takes is that first session then you're away.
